What do your projects cost?
Our projects start at $45,000. Kitchens typically run $45K–$150K+, bathrooms $45K–$180K, and whole-home interiors $100K–$400K+ depending on scope. If your project is smaller than that, we're honestly not the right fit — and we'll tell you so on the first call.
How does the locked budget actually work?
We design your renovation to a number we agree on together — and that number goes in the contract before construction starts. Because Mitchell both designs and builds, there's no handoff where a "design estimate" balloons into a construction quote. If you change the scope, the price changes with you, in writing, before any work happens. That's the only way it moves.
Do you do additions, exteriors, or new builds?
No — interiors only. Kitchens, bathrooms, whole-home interiors, multi-room projects, and condo renovations. Specializing is why the budgets hold and the finish quality is consistent.
What areas do you serve?
Greater Victoria — including Oak Bay, Central Saanich, Vic West, and the West Shore — up to Cobble Hill.
Can you work in condos and strata buildings?
Yes. We handle strata requirements — scheduling rules, elevator bookings, insurance documentation, and noise windows — as part of the project plan, not as your problem.
